## Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful, personal or business enquiries about our services. You may not copy, reproduce or misrepresent our content, brand, project photography or written material without our written permission.

## Content accuracy
We aim to keep site content: including service descriptions, area coverage and trust indicators such as our insurance level (£15,000,000 public liability) and qualifications (City & Guilds, CSCS carded), accurate and current. Nothing on the website is a binding quote or contract; a written quote issued by Morgan Campbell is.

## Quotes & work
Surveys and quotes are free. Once you accept a written fixed-price quote, that quote and any accompanying schedule form the contract between us. Variations requested during the project are quoted separately in writing before they are carried out.

## Payment
Payment terms are set out in the accepted quote. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Ownership of any materials paid for by the client passes on full payment.

## Warranties & liability
We carry out all work to the standard reasonably expected of a competent, City & Guilds qualified, CSCS carded carpentry team. We hold £15,000,000 public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

## Third-party sites
Where we link to third parties (for example Howdens, Wren, Google Maps or our social profiles), we're not responsible for their content or practices.

## Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

## Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always show the current version.
